By participating the Services of De Healy Oracle you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

Once paid, cannot be refunded. We will retain the full amount paid for the reading for next appointment. No refund will be issued for any reason after  the reading has completed.

  1. Our purpose is to empower the client, look at a particular goal, and help client to refocus your energy. If you are seeking a purely predictive Tarot reading, you may wish to contact a different style of reader.
     

  2. We do not read tarot for anybody who is not present or not able to consent to the reading (i.e. a family member, a partner, a friend, etc). If you want a reading about a relationship, we will focus on your needs, experiences, etc.
     

  3. We will interpret the cards to the best of our abilities, will conduct the reading with honesty and openness. If, for whatever reason, we cannot serve you, we will offer a full refund and refer you to another practitioner.
     

  4. We are not licensed mental health professional. Tarot is not a substitution for counseling, mental health services, or psychotherapy. We are not qualified to give financial, medical or legal advice.
     

  5. All clients sessions are completely confidential and will never be revealed to a third-party.
     

  6. All clients must be at least 18 years old.
     

  7. De Healy Oracle reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that we cannot answer, goes against this code of ethics, personal boundaries and ethics of our tarot readers.

De Healy Oracle makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered by their Tarot readers. By booking De Healy Oracle' services, you explicitly acknowledge that all Tarot readings and advice arising therefrom are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment.

【Liability Disclaimer】

If in case you are unable to attend the Tarot session on scheduled date or time, reschedule is available at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. However, it is subject to availability. De Healy Oracle has the rights to reschedule the Tarot session upon the agreement of both parties.

Other than Shopee, De Healy Oracle also accepts bank transfer (CIMB Bank & Public Bank) or Touch N Go as payment method. Both payment method will be provided by De Healy Oracle via personal contact once your request is made.

Ethics

For all paid services, the full payment is due at the time your request is made. Payment must be received by De Healy Oracle before the commencement of your reading.
